Nergals sphere and textures Missing

Hello. 1st bug. Nergal's sphere workbench is bugged. you can't interact, that means you have to restart the game. after restart it still does not work. 2nd error. the foresight shines like a sun. the textures are missing when I look at the beginning of the map and the sea. that is also on Isle of Siptah. please fix this. something bothers and annoys gradually. thanks
